Product Description
Auto cables are manufactured from soft annealed bunch stranded ETP grade copper having a purity of more than 99.95% and with conductivity greater than 101% IACS sourced from only the best in the industry.
Our PVC insulated auto electrical cables conform to IS 2465, BS 6862, JASO D611, JIS C 3102, DIN EN 72551 and ISO 6722.
Apart from these constructions, we can also offer automotive wires and cables in PTFE insulation for increased life in silver or nickel-plated copper as required by the application.
We offer the following packing options for the PVC insulated automotive electrical cables and wires:
25 met boxes - single colour
12.5 met boxes - 10 colours
100 met coil - single colour
200/300/500 met coil - single colour
Other packing options also available on special request - plastic reels, wooden ply reels, coils of other lengths, etc.
These cables are generally used up to 24-60 Volts DC for general wiring applications in a vehicle.
We have in-house backward integration of copper wire processing with wire sizes ranging from 0.1 to 2mm as per requirement in annealed bare(uncoated), nickel or tin-plated copper. Leveraging our expertise of conductors, we can offer flexible and highly flexible auto cables depending on the application.
We offer auto cables from size ranging from 0.5 to 240 mm2. In case any custom size is needed, we can offer that as well. Please feel free to contact us.
We offer options of more than 10 colours in solid and in all we can offer more than 30 colours including solid and single line marked cables for identification purpose.
DIN 72551 based automotive wires, commonly referred in markets as FLRY-B or ISO 6722, are also being manufactured by us. These wires sport a 105°C rated PVC insulation instead of standard 70°C rated PVC insulation in case of IS 2465 and BS 6862, which are generally used in markets.
Having a 105°C rated PVC insulation offers better resistance to heat, especially during soldering. Furthermore, having better abrasion resistance than a 70°C rated PVC, we are able to reduce the nominal insulation thickness of the cables reducing the overall diameters of the same and therefore the rates, making it lighter, cheaper and having better heat and fire-resistant.
